Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are sure that you will love your A Beautiful Event product, however if in the unlikely event, that you would like to return your purchase please contact us immediately by email to arrange a return or exchange.

Unfortunately products that have been made specific to your requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered) or have been personalised can not be returned unless faulty or the order is incorrect and ABE have admitted fault.

Also orders that have been placed specific to your requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered) or have been personalised can not be CANCELLED after 24 hours.

We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. Extra care must be taken when submitting your personalisation instructions. The cost of re making and re issuing in this event will be charged to the customer.

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping details are correct. We are in no respect responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. The cost of re issuing the parcel will be charged direct to the customer.

A Beautiful Event can not be held responsible for poor art work given from the customer to reproduce.
